Muffler Man – Jersey City, NJ
The last time that I visited the Jersey City, NJ muffler man was way back in the summer of 2008. Since that time Wilson’s Carpet has closed and the building is now home to a dispensary.
Though Wilson’s is gone, the muffler man is still steadfastly holding his green carpet. I have to say, I’m surprised it wasn’t replaced with a giant joint. Missed opportunity?
Ole blue eyes here is looking pretty good, all things considered. Spending decades hanging out underneath the Pulaski Skyway isn’t particularly good for anyones health.
The pair of muffler pants that once stood in the parking lot next door however, are no more.
