Sometimes a sign just speaks to you and you have to go in for a closer look. When we doubled back to grab a quick photo of the Roseland Ranch sign, I found it sad to see that the resort that was attached to such a great sign was in a very sorry state of disrepair.
Sometimes you stumble across a blog and just connect with it. Maybe you like the writer’s sense of humor, admire their spirit or appreciate their writing voice. Maybe it’s something as simple as they just post terrific pictures. I tend to like the motorcycle blogs that tell a personal story, be it big or small. I know I always appreciate it when someone links to fuzzygalore.com, so I want to return the favor or pay it forward.
Almost there! With just 2 weeks before the rally is underway, Catfish’s shares pictures of his early-ready Yamaha FJR. The 2009 IBR gets underway on August 28, 2009.
Two things that I love. Motorcycle riding and Roadside Attractions. While out riding my motorcycle, I oftentimes take trips to locate interesting roadside attractions. Several of my tips and photos have been used on roadsideamerica.com!
Photograph from the Martindale Chief Diner on Route 23 in Craryville, NY off of the Taconic Parkway. When it comes to riding, the activity is its own reward. But, when the route moves you past a place the tickles your taste buds, well that just sweetens the deal. For some it’s a great piece of pie or maybe a fabulous burger for others it’s the lure of a triple-decker grilled cheese. Whatever your guilty food pleasure may be there are great online resources that are sure to make your mouth water and get you out on the road!
