    Thanks, Rachael. Same to you and yours. I just completed the first phase of Deep Brain Stimulation surgery for my Parkinson’s. I can already feel the results. I have a lot to be thankful for. Bob

      I’m so glad to hear your treatment is showing results! That’s great news. What is the recovery time for a procedure like this?

        Rachael, The first phase was day surgery; posts were implanted to hold the hardware. The next phase required an overnight stay; I was conscious as a large hole was drilled in my skull for hardware, so I could provide feedback. The sensation was unsettling, to say the least. The last phase will be done later this week, as they connect everything up and fine tune it. I go home the same day. I am already experiencing reduced tremors. I have a lot to be thankful for. Bob
