I’m clueless about things with four wheels so I can’t help answer your question, but the post reminds me of a head-shaking surprise I had while riding through NYC two decades ago.
It was very early in the morning and as I entered the city, I saw what I swear was a small building moving down the street. Upon closer inspection, it WAS a building but had tiny wheels on it and, somewhere hidden, a motor and a driver. I’m guessing it was a portable building of some kind that could be driven (at 10 mph) to temporary locations. One of the oddest sights I’ve ever spied.

Not sure about it being a Metro…the windows don’t look right. I know someone that has one of those things, believe it or not, LOL
