Love Is Everywhere, I Think – Just Gotta Keep Looking For It

The news can weigh so heavy on the heart. As a result, we throw up our backs and do anything we can to protect ourselves from sorrow. I’m the type of person who considers restricting their movements and feels afraid as a result of what I’m being fed from the endless crawl of words, breaking updates and this just in. But I don’t want to be that person. I don’t want to be afraid of people, places and things. I want to stay open to seeing and feeling hope, love and goodness. I want to be blissfully naive to the ugliness of the universe.

Love – I want to find it, give it, and feel it always.

Great post! Toadmama’s gonna LOVE this

BTW, I agree…if I never hear another ‘breaking news’ announcement, it will be too soon. All we need is love.

With technology so prevalent in our lives it’s challenging to escape the news. Especially if you sit at a computer all day. I need more discipline to unplug.

Sadly, even if you’re not at a computer all day, it’s hard to escape. On social media, if I de-friended everyone who shared political and tragic stuff, I would delete almost everyone

Good attitude. We have to overcome bad news with good stuff. New adventures and spreading love.
