Worst thing is, the woman I married took the bike bike with her this morning leaving me all lonesome.

At first glance, I thought this post was an announcement about another two (or three) wheeled addition to the Fuzzmop family.

Soooo, I saw a reference from a fresh new blog. Are you ready to tell the world yet?

Ha-Haaa! You bust me right up. What a reply to read first thing on Sunday morning.

You know, I had a funny thought while learning about nuts and bolts of blogs, such as trackbacks and pingbacks (and for that matter, backflips, somersaults, double gainers, and triple lutzeses es es)… As I was establishing and testing my links, I said to myself, “Hmmm, you know, Ryan, someone in the blogosphere might notice something, and that someone is likely to be Fuzzy.” I’m still smiling about this.

Yesterday I hopped on my XR1200 and rode to my brother’s house and then to my sister’s house (it was blasted 60 degrees and sunny, as it has been for the last few weeks–we’re having such an odd winter). Anyway, I rode to their houses to hand-deliver cards thanking them for their support and for being great friends, and inviting them to visit my new blog.

I’ll be using snail mail to do the same for a few folks elsewhere: some of the vendors that helped me out, and bloggers that inspire and encourage me. I know, I know, with all of the technology we have at our disposal, who the hell would snail mail a thank you card invite for others to visit a website?… It just makes no sense. Well, you’d probably do something like that, and ToadMama would probably do something like that. (I’m just rambling now).

Today I’ll be finishing my snail mail invites, which will leave tomorrow. In the meantime, Fuzzy, you are welcome to tiptoe in and snoop around all you want.

Yeah, I’ll be grinning all day about this one.

🙂 I couldn’t resist poking around. I was glad to finally get a glimpse of you 🙂

Whenever you’re ready, just let me know if there is anything i can do to help get the word out, electronically. It would be a real bitch to have to ride to everyone’s house this time of year 🙂 However little my part might be, i’d like to help.

            Thanks, Fuzzy. You Rock!

It would be fun to at least contemplate such a road trip (at a different time of year, of course). No doubt I’d end up meeting extraordinary individuals that daily try to pass as “ordinary”. The example and inspiration that you and other bloggers are for me… That’s huge, immeasurable. It puts me at a loss for words.

I just want to give the snail mail a chance to arrive at its destinations before I begin using the URL in comment forms. After that, I just have more material to develop. Well, that and blog nuts and bolts to tweak (SEO settings and such). I’m new to all of the technicals, which so far have been both fun and frustrating to learn.

            Thanks again.
