Day 7: Freedom Tower Rising on New Years Day – #29in29

On New Years Day, we took a ride around Manhattan Island. As I came down the West Side Highway, I got a glimpse at the Freedom Tower going up.

They’re really making some progress now. It will be good to have something to fill that empty space in New York City’s heart.
