Sometimes during the course of a ride, you get the distinct feeling that you are bearing witness to a perfect moment in time.
It’s in the way the sun casts its light. It’s in the temperature. It’s in the feel of the breeze. It’s the clouds, the sky, the scenery, the curve of the road…
I found one such moment in the golden glow of a field.

Lovely! We’re headed to the WV place for a much needed rest. If you’re going to be anywhere near this area (http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=39.162011,-78.64151&spn=0.876321,2.113495&z=10), I’d love to pop over and meet you. Or you’re welcome to stop by for a visit. We’ll be there through at least Monday. Riding every day, weather permitting. 🙂
Sublime image, the kind of scene I ride for. So many riders are caught up with the machine and flying through the landscape that they miss this kind of gift.
Lovely. I’m pleased you got to experience it.
Thanks, Ralph 🙂
It was one of those moments you just want to hang on to but you know you cant stand there all day. Just beautiful .
Beautiful scene. Nice capture!
Thank you, Kari 🙂

Hiya Kathy-
Yea, sounds like you’ve been up to your elbows in house stuff. A little R&R would do you good.
I’m actually back home now. My ride came to a close last night. We did a little riding in West Virginia for the day on our way to PA on Sunday.
Next time I go back down, I hope to have Kenny along with me and focus on WV specifically. Then we’ll HAVE to meet up 🙂

Glad you stopped and shared your vision
