I swear, I see a yellow Puch moped every time I am in Manhattan. It’s getting to the point that I can only assume that I am on a collision course to meet up with Captain Moped. Now that I think about it, they may in fact be following me but taking the long way around.
Maybe the little yellow moped is trying to communicate with me? It could be trying to give me a sign. It could also be that I am sitting in my office right now in a paranoid state, reeling from a Carvel Cookie Puss birthday cake hangover.
Sure, lots of motorcyclists like to scoff at scooters and mopeds. But check out this banzai scootering around London. It’s not what you ride, it’s that you ride. Right?

It looks crazy and it is, but it is the only way to beat traffic in London. The situations they showed were rather ok, since it wasn’t as much traffic as I encountered when scootering to work in rush hour. So – been there, done that, even if I probably was a bit more cautious
. And scootering in central London is more fun than motorcycling, trust me.

I think it looks like great fun. I hope scootering to work meant you turned up with a smile on your face. Going in via car or the train just doesn’t have the same effect.
